To: Jon Bitzer, Landscaping Manager
From: James B. Kennedy, Executive Director, Casino Reinvestment Development Authority
Date: May 20, 2002

 Dear Mr. Bitzer:

I have been informed that the seminar for "Lawn Care and Maintenance" held on Saturday, May 18, 2002, was successful.

Twelve out of the 15 residents that had registered attended this early Saturday morning seminar. After the seminar, the participants were requested to evaluate the seminar for improvements in the program content and presentation.

From the comments submitted, the seminar requires little improvement and appeared to be very informative and helpful to the property owners.

Thank you for all the work and program assistance you provided for the seminar. I look forward to you working with Patricia Chandler on the fall seminars.
