On behalf of the Atlantic City Historic Waterfront Foundation, The Atlantic City Aquarium, and Historic Gardner’s Basin, we would like to thank you for your time and attention given in support of the Grand Opening Ceremony of The Crafters at Gardner’s Basin. Specifically, we would like to thank Cynthia Hammond, Stellzene Roberts, Jennifer Simmons, and Jazmyn Rivera for all of their initiatives in
securing the Lathan Brothers to sing the National Anthem, in arranging for the tent and lunch to be delivered, and in sending out press releases. Also thanks to Jon Bitzer for delivering the podium and microphone.

Your participation and support had a direct effect on the outcomes we are experiencing—both in media attention and in the positive feedback we are receiving from visitors. We look forward to working with your office again in the near future.

Best regards, Jack Keith

Kudos to the landscaping department of
the Special Improvement District. Its special
touch can be seen all over Atlantic City,
in the parks, along Atlantic Avenue, the
Boardwalk and especially The Walk, where
the outlet stores are located.

The outstanding, beautiful flowers and
bushes that line The Walk, the maintenance
and the landscaping and growing
addition of major outlets are such a success
story and make it a must destination
for local and out-of-town shoppers and a
pleasure to visit Atlantic City.

When one speaks of Atlantic City’s rebirth,
major thanks should go to this exception
organization.

This letter is to compliment the works of
the Special Improvement District Bike
Patrol. On Sunday 8/14, a mother came
up to us to report she lost her child. I
notified dispatch to send a patrol car, as
two members of the ACSID bike patrol
went looking for the youngster.

The ACSID Ambassadors notified me that
they already found the boy about 10
blocks away and turned him over to the
police safely.

Needless to say the mother was relieved
and thankful. When I told the responding
Ambassador that he did a fine job his reply
to me was “Man, we find kids all the time.”
I’m writing this letter to give both of these
gentlemen a pat on the back, they deserve
it…”

Respectfully submitted,
Captain Auble
