In the wake of the events of September 11, 2001, several local businesses, casinos and individuals displayed their grief, sorrow and support for all of the victims, their families and the country.






(Above) - The Steel Horse Saloon on South Pennsylvania Avenue displaying an American flag on the front of the building.




(Above) - The icon located on New York Avenue and the Boardwalk became a makeshift memorial after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, complete with letters and messages of support from passersby.


(Above) - Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort hung this impressive five-story-high American flag on its parking garage, which faces Pacific Avenue.
