Interested in making an investment in real estate in Atlantic City?
Unsure of how to take advantage of all
the funding opportunities that may be available to you? ACSID's Economic
Development Division is here to
help you sort through the red tape. Our Downtown Housing Initiative can
help make sense of the various
grants and low-interest loan programs currently available through the
State of New Jersey, the City of Atlantic
City, and local funding sources.
Programs currently available can help fund your mixed-use renovation,
existing unit rehabilitation, or new
construction project. Grants may be used for land acquisition, site preparation,
obtaining architectural
engineering drawings and other soft costs, as well as for asbestos and
lead paint removal.
The process of sorting through funding opportunities can seem like a
daunting task for anyone, but there is
help available at no cost to you. ACSID's staff has worked with local
developers, property owners and realtors
on their own projects and we are offering the same assistance to you.
If you are interested in finding out
more about programs available through New Jersey's Department of Community
Affairs (DCA), The City of
Atlantic City, New Jersey's Housing and Mortgage Financing Agency (HMFA),
New Jersey's Economic
Development Authority, or local funding sources including our own Facade
Improvement Program, please
contact Ralph Triboletti, Manager of ACSID's Economic Development Division,
at (609) 344-8338.
