Atlantic City Bar & Grill (above left - architectural rendering; above right - current photo),
located at 1217 Pacific Avenue, had its sidewall re-stuccoed. Work on a new parking lot is seen to the left of the building. Facade improvements to the front of the building will begin this fall.

30 & 34 North Mississippi Avenue (above left - architectural rendering; above right - current photos),
is currently undergoing a facade enhancement, which will add new awnings, lighting, upper facade railings and awnings, windows and window bulkhead treatment.

Pappa T's Pizza, Rona's Fashions, Seaview Souvenirs and Irene's (above left - architectural rendering; above right - current photo), located from 1245-1239 Boardwalk, soon will receive a significant facade enhancement renovation.
